Well, ladies and gentlemen, we have made it to December! For someone like myself, that means about 4 1/2 months away before I can start getting the garden ready again... but who’s counting😂 ...CURSE YOU WINTER!!! 😤 :p. It’s Neverrrrrr to early to start planning next years garden. 🙂

Somehow I had forgotten to mention that in addition to my hot pepper plants, I also have two basil plants going. lol 🙂 Usually winter is a very depressing time, it’s dark out, it’s cold, but I must say, having an indoor greenhouse -whatever you wanna call it 🙂 -has been amazing so far. I’ve had ups and downs with my plants, but with everything you take something from it, so it’s a great learning process. And Now I understand what people mean by the definition of serotonin.😎 #Gardenlife

A quick update on my pepper plants, they are having a hard time in the house. Maybe it’s just me, I’m not sure if I’m supposed to be pruning them or not but I’ve started to. Out of the five Pepper plants that I have, the two reaper, two scorpion, and the one ghost. The scorpions seem to be doing well, but my reapers are fighting me. Between the aphids, trying to regulate temperature, lol trying to keep them happy, it’s definitely hard work. and I love it but at least they have company now with my basil. LOL😂😂 Everybody needs company:).

Very funny story, when I harvested jalapeños last year, I ended up putting some seeds in a little plastic bag and forgetting about them for over a month. Low and behold, I find them and they’re already growing in the bag! LOL😂, over 15 little seeds had already started sprouting, presumably from the temperature change and the moisture in the house. I was scared at first, they looked like a little bugs I’m not gonna lie😂.

So now, on top of my five hot pepper plants and basil, I have some new additions to the indoor family. I have roughly 12 to 15 jalapeño seeds planted. Going to see how many of those magnificent son of a guns are going to takeoff. Just goes to show you nature is one amazing beautiful thing.
